The unique master plan was designed by Brooks Ballard of Home Patterns. Working with our client, we also produced three wonderful home designs for this eco-friendly development.This unique bungalow court has the best of both worlds. Owners have their own beautiful bungalow and private yards while sharing an open communal garden with their neighbors.
