Our client picked out 12 of his favorite plans off of our website and went to work. Home Patterns helped with site development by increasing the density of his former master plan and placing garages correctly.
Estelle Park is a new Arts and Crafts home community in West Asheville. A novice developer has really struck a chord with his first offering. While the higher end home sales have stagnated, Estelle Park has consistently sold even through this latest down turn. While these plans are smaller than a lot of homes in the area, the uniqueness of the designs to the area (even in Asheville, a famous Arts and Crafts city) has drawn in many young families. We’re readying new plans for a second development down the street.
