Plan Description

This is more of a low country cottage home plan rather than a bungalow. We designed this plan based on a Summerville, South Carolina home so that makes a lot of sense. Around the southern coasts, many of the strong bungalow architectural elements were never implemented into the local cottage stock. Although, form wise there are many similarities.

Much storage space in attics
Little den can have a skylight to add more natural light
