'This is one of those plans that I designed more for myself. My little office would be in the flex room. It could be your library, tv room, or even that much needed workout room. Upstairs there is a den for my kids to keep all their toys and maybe even the Wii. The master is big enough but not huge. Back downstairs, it's very informal. No wasted space and efficient use of a lot. I especially like the living room. It's actually set up well for tv watching without compromising the flow of the space. You can see the fireplace from most anywhere in the downstairs or do without it.' Brooks
