We participated in an intense design workshop with several architects from Savannah, GA to produce 4 new home plans that would reflect the low country character of Summerville. This was a bit of a change for us as we’re used to taking a lot of time to produce our efficient plans. However, in the end, we feel that the plans worked out great and add a bit of architectural variety to our portfolio. We were proud to work with Brentwood Homes on this forward thinking neighborhood. Not only are all of the homes Earthcraft certified, but the neighborhood is a model for sustainable growth.
