Customize Any Plan

We must admit that we love when folks simply call up and order a plan straight away. They love the plan so much that no changes are needed (more time for us to develop new plans, too). However, we understand that most people will want to make some changes here and there – maybe even significant ones. Of course, we can make those plan changes.

Typically, we listen to your comments and determine what will need to be done. We incorporate this list of changes into the normal contract by determining the amount of hours needed to finish up the drawings. At $96 per hour, we're less expensive than most architects and our prior experience with the plans mean that we are usually faster, too.
